How do I open an account?

Registration happens on our client portal: you create a login, complete identity and residence verification, and fund the account. Most applications that pass verification are ready to trade the same day.

Should I choose Standard or Professional?

Standard bundles all costs into the spread, one predictable cost per trade with no commission arithmetic. Professional quotes raw spreads plus a fixed commission per lot, which usually works out cheaper at higher volumes. The accounts page has a side-by-side comparison.

How does leverage work?

Leverage lets you control a position larger than your margin. At 1:100, a $1,000 margin controls a $100,000 position, and a 1% adverse move erases the full $1,000. Leverage scales losses exactly as it scales gains, which is why the risk warning is on every page.

How can I deposit and withdraw?

Supported funding methods and their processing times are listed on the deposits and withdrawals page. Withdrawals return by the same method you funded with wherever the payment network allows it, a standard anti-money-laundering practice.

Can my account go negative?

Retail accounts carry negative balance protection: if extreme movement takes your equity below zero, the balance is reset to zero. You cannot owe more than you deposited. Protection terms are set out in the client agreement.

Where is my money held?

The arrangements for holding client money, including its separation from Dynasty Markets' operating funds, are set out in the client agreement published on this site. Retail accounts additionally carry negative balance protection, so your worst case is your balance, not a debt.

Will you give me trading advice?

No. Dynasty Markets is execution-only: we route and execute your orders. Educational material on this site explains how instruments work, but nothing here is a recommendation to trade any market or strategy.

Execution without a dealing desk opinion

Orders route to market at the best available price. Our execution policy is published in full, including how slippage and partial fills are handled.

Costs stated before you trade

Neither live account charges commission. Spreads and swaps are published per instrument, and the figure quoted there is the one the platform applies.

Negative balance protection

If extreme market movement takes an account below zero, the balance is reset to zero. You cannot lose more than you deposited on either live account.
